I have still not received a reply to the requests for legible instructions below, in spite of you publicly proclaiming : "However we are happy to know that you have received it by now. (I have not !) Remote Control Express You deserve the poor publicity that you receive. 24 Dec 2019 I am awaiting delivery of the order below and find i am still unable to download this without being forced to sign up to receive newsletters from Remote Control Express. Are you really prepared to sell goods but withold their instructions in the hope that you might induce the customer to buy more - yuo will find the opposite to be the case. « I told you several times I cannot program my remote from my existing working remote, and it doesn't work. After about 3 weeks I have asked for a return and refund. I have received no help except a manual in French. I may have to raise a Visa payment dispute. »
« I sent serial numbers and both internal and external photos of my remote to help you recommend a replacement . On your recommendation I bought 3 replacement remotes. Unfortunately the recommended remotes were not the same and did not work. I was told I had to return the remotes at my own expense for a refund and rather than spend another £12 on a tracked postal service I chose a more reasonable untracked service. I have now been told that my returned parcel has not arrived ,which seems very convenient for you. So my experience with remote control express has been both fruitless, expensive and totally unsatisfactory. »

I sent the remote back for exchange, together with the completed documents to the address show, which was in Paris, only to have the package returned to me, stating the the address was incorrect »
