« THe remote recently purchased does not work. I telephoned Ditec on several occasions and tried to follow their instructions but was unsuccessfui. I then emailed a long description of what i have done and hoped that there would be an instructive reply but there has been none. I have therefore paid almost £40 for something which does not work and cannot operate my electrically operated drive gate which is required for security purposes. We live in a burglary high risk area. Whilst I will repeat my email to Ditec (I have been on two weeks' holiday) your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am in my seventies and have had a heart bypass operation and these things cause me anxiety which I am encouraged to avoid by my cardiologist. »
