« I never got my order and 1. Never got any reply from your so called “ customer Service” 2. Your phone line is completely misleading as it’s gibberish And you cannot speak to a human being. I am in the process of getting Visa involved to get my money back as you Never delivered my products and I am contacting Standard Trading Office as your customer care claims are untrue and in my view misleading as you do not reply to emails and your phone line is nonsense. You are an absolute disgrace ! »
