I received tracking info and followed the order from France to the UK where it was held at the depot and then “returned to sender”. After contacting customer services it was due to incorrect customs paperwork. I asked for a refund and received it within an hour so no complaints about customer service, just disappointed that I didn’t recieve my order due to an admin error. »
