« We programmer the control but it seems to have reduced the time the light stays on. And we don't know how to alter it. Ordering the control over the phone the operator struggled with the address when confirmation came thru it was completely wrong so had to phone again »

« the instruction that came with the remote control were wrong . It said hold down the button for a second or you might lose other settings. It should have said hold down until it starts flashing »
