« I thought ordering and programming a replacement garage door control would be really difficult. The old one worked occasionally and had been through the washing machine. The website directed me to the replacement control as the original had been superceeded, ordered two, arrived quickly with the programming tool and amazingly worked first time even with the old one showing corrosion. Happy customer, would highly recommend. Only feedback would be to include the reprogramming instructions with the order confirmation email as this wasn't very easy to download on a phone. »

« What a waste of time this company is. They use carriers that have no idea where UK is and then when it does get here it goes all around the country and then back to where it came from....somewhere in EU! then we try again and it fails to get through customs as it is incorrectly described and so it is once again returned. Have asked for a refund 3 weeks ago but as yet nothing not holding my breath!! »
