« The service I received from you was very good, and emails/phone calls were answered promptly. Unfortunately the recommended remote was not able to be programmed to operate my garage door. Your technicians tried everything to help make it work but it was not to be. I was able to return the remote and received a full refund on my original payment, so other than having to pay the return postage to France I have no complaints with remote control-express. »
