« Two unprogrammable remotes were supplied, despite having been specifically recommended as replacements for my Hörmann 40,8 mHz units. RCE eventually admitted this and the units were returned. I used the Paypal Resolution Centre to recover the costs and RCE repaid Postage to my Bank a/c. Just irritating that they had not checked out their units before supplying them which would have avoided a lot of e-mails and hassle. »

Consequently e-mailed and after several days with no response e-mailed again with reference number only to be told that the original e-mail was lost and to send query again! Finally, 48 hour delivery promise was not met!!! However, remote WAS received, programmed easily and is working well without any problems at a good price! »
