« For your information the remotes came with instruction manuals that were in six Eastern European languages. None of them English, as it was a british address you were sending them to more than a bit remiss. So contacted your customer help department who e-mailed me the programming instructions, unfortunately these did not work even though I followed them to the letter. After several repeated unsuccessful attempts I contacted Hormann the manufacturers of my garage door system directly, who were able to instruct me in what I needed to do to programme them over the telephone, which worked successfully first attempt. Please do not contact me again and take me off of any mailing lists, do not publish my identity or details, please could you remove these from your systems, Thank you. »
