Please verify the colour of the buttons on your remote control. The colour of the buttons is related to the frequency for this model. Remote controls with different frequencies are not compatible. This remote has red buttons and is not compatible with similar looking remotes with yellow, green or grey buttons. Please do not confuse with the model BFT TE02, with yellow buttons.
