This remote control comes in several frequencies. Remote control models with different frequencies are not compatible with each other. Please open your remote control and verify that 40.685 is written on the quartz inside. If you see 26.995, then the correct model is the SMD 26.995 MHz 4K.
This remote control is sold with either 10 or 12 internal programmable switches. They are compatible with one another. If your old remote control only has 10 switches, then set switches 11 and 12 in the new remote control to OFF.
This remote control with grey buttons is not compatible with the red-button model which has the same frequency and which is no longer manufactured. You should instead opt for a receiver kit.
