« I purchased the remote controls neither worked so I contacted you and was sent an email with instructions to return, All of this I did within 4 hours of receiving them. Sent them back recorded tracked signed for and was told that if I attached proof of postage I would get my postage back. This is not the case, as I paid using paypal for the remotes this was re funded back to paypal and no postage. I questioned this and the said they can't refund to pay pal or won't, but are now requesting my bank details and my email provider intercepted this email from you and wrote in it that it did not pass their fraud test. please can you advise as I will be complaining to paypal as well. order 431332 from 27/04/2014 »
